CONTAINER PROGRAM

• Up to the door delivery…. No hassle…. No Hidden cost.
• No minimum order quantity per piece.
• Mix match finishes out of “Home Accents” finish swatches.
• We will take care of any manufacturing defect or damage.
• Payment terms 30% down payment 70% against Bill of lading.
• Please report shortage/overage and damages within a week of delivery.
  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• 10% Extra charges for custom finishes or dimensions.
• Custom orders will take 90-100 and down payment of 30% required for custom orders.
• Freight Cap for “East Coast” customers. Cap %is based on gross order value, not discounted value.
• Freight cap does not apply to drop ship orders
• please not any shortage/overage and visible damages on “BOL”
• Any Damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please E-mail pictures of damaged products to sales@homeaccentsllc.com
• Payment required prior to shipping. Merchandise will not be shipped until it’s paid in full.
• Terms provided only after one year of relationship and up to $20K of ordering.
• We accept all credit cards without any additional charges.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns must be approved by Home Accents.
• Return item must be packaged well to ensure safe transit
• Product must be clean & in new condition, if product has been used credit will not be issued.
• 10% restocking fee applies on all returns.
• Refunds will be process after receiving the return
